Training

Relevancy of material and participant interaction are key to the successful execution of any workshop. At Masterson & Associates, this principle is central to our programming. We offer a truly customized process. Our service begins with an in-depth needs analysis survey. We work with all facets of your organization and even with your customer base, to gain an understanding of the complete picture. From this fieldwork, we generate a comprehensive report. A recommended program outline is developed and further enhanced through ongoing participant interviews. A full first draft is prepared in 4-8 weeks, depending on program complexity. The client has the opportunity to input at each review point. After approval of first draft (with any necessary changes), we develop a final draft along with a participant workbook. Based on the resources within your organization, we can either facilitate the program or ‘train the trainer’.

For the successful implementation of any training initiative, an organization must be committed to the training program and its intended outcomes and the training audience must review the materials within 48 hours of completing the program to enhance retention.

We administer a survey following all workshops that we facilitate, generate a report from the survey results and share it with our client. We also offer post-workshop coaching where appropriate, to solidify the learning process.
